This course looks deeper into a range of common mental health conditions and is suited to those who wish to become a certified First Aider for Mental Health. Delivered over two consecutive days or one day per week over two weeks.

It is recommended that organisations have a similar number of First Aiders for Mental Health as physical First Aiders in the workplace.
Assessment
A range of methods are used for assessment, including practical and questioning (open and multiple-choice).
