Safe Evacuation Training for Evac+Chair

This training, delivered to groups on customer premises only, provides candidates with an overview of how to use evacuation chairs including a practical demonstration.

IMPORTANT: This training is model specific and can only be offered to customers who already own or have recently purchased an Evac+Chair 300H, 500H or 600H model

The evacuation chair allows safe evacuation of any person with impaired mobility.

Course contents include:

• Principles of evacuation
• Legislation
• How to set up and store the evacuation chair
• Practical demonstration of the evacuation chair
• Risk assessment
• Transfers from chair/wheelchair to evacuation chair

Certificate duration: 3 years
